A Film entitled ‘Jewish chronicle day’ selected and shown for Festival de Cannes

A Film entitled ‘Jewish chronicle day’ made though a partnership between James Ohene-Djan, a Lecturer from the Department of Computing, and Jan Lower of East London film production company Elbow Productions, was shown at the Festival de Cannes Official 2009 - Short Film Corner.

James is credited as the producer and scriptwriter for the film and says: “The Short Film Corner is considered the essential rendez-vous for short film makers. Inspiring, independent, in the fringe short films are at the heart of the film creation and partnerships such as this one between Goldsmiths and local creative industry businesses illustrates the creative, multi disciplined approach of Department of Computing here at Goldsmiths.”
